    Why cooks sell here

    What you need to start:

    • A phone.
    • A bank account for your payouts.
    • A kitchen: one with a licence, your own or one you rent, or your home kitchen. You hold any permit it needs.
    • Safe food handling. You know it and use it every time you cook.
    • A food safety certificate, for a badge.

    Payouts are set up with Stripe in about five minutes. Your first payout comes 7 to 14 days after your first sale. After that, each payout is sent the day after pickup.

        Stripe keeps your card after your first payment, so the next one is one tap. We never see the number.

        Your orders

        Report a problem

        Money back covers food you did not get, and food that was wrong or missing. We do not refund taste, how hot it is, food picked up late, or a portion that matches the menu. You can still tell the cook under Something else.

        Report that you got sick

        This is not a refund. We pay no money from this form. It tells us about a food safety problem. We keep it private. The cook never sees your name unless you say they may.

        Very sick? See a doctor, or call 911.

        Did you see a doctor?
        Did you, or anyone who ate it, go to the hospital?
        Did a doctor or a lab test say what it was?
        Do you still have some of the food?

        Other meals and places. It helps find the real cause.

        Only about the illness. We set aside a note about money or the order.

        We may share this with the health department so they can call you.

        The cook reads what you tell us here, so they can find the cause. They never see your name or phone. They may write to you in a chat on this report.

        Hurt, or very sick? Call 911 first.

        Put a coin beside it for size. Keep the food and its bag. The cook and FOODSlot see the photo.
